On June 20th we officially made one year in the Morales home! Can you all believe that?!? I can't believe how fast time has past by, it seems like we were just moving in and unpacking the other day. We feel so blessed and are so grateful to have our home, we wouldn't trade it for the world! So in honor of our first year as homeowners we decided to celebrate by throwing a Morales Fiesta! We thought it would be super cute, fun and perfect for the summer weather. Our family and friends had an amazing time we made tacos, fresh guacamole and margaritas of course!
George and I also decided to have a cake made for the special occasion lol. I have never heard of having a cake to celebrate such occasion but I thought it would be cute! We are very lucky enough to have our friend Lisa who loves to bake and has a natural talent to make beautiful cakes! She always makes our vision come to life and this time it was no different. We absolutely loved our cake, the details were perfect and it was delicious as usual! We went with half chocolate, vanilla and butter cream....YUMMY! Overall, we had such a good time and we are happy we got to make new memories in our home. I truly cannot wait to see what else the future has in store for us!
