Hello! I wanted to share a quick update on what I'm currently using to clean my makeup brushes. I've been using this smaller silicone mat and it's been great! It is affordable and fits perfectly into the bathroom sink. I also love the different textures on the mat, as well as the different sections for the face and eyes. I used to have the same concept, but it was a glove instead of a flat mat. I actually prefer the flat mat because it allows me to have my hands free and be more comfortable. It also allows me to easily rinse the brushes properly. Also, baby shampoo is still my go to when washing my brushes because it cleans and protects.
