Hello everyone, I’m back and excited to update the blog! Morales party of 4 is coming March 2021. We’re happy to announce that we are expecting our second baby! If you don’t already follow me on Instagram, go ahead and hit the follow button! That way you can keep up with our little family.
George and I decided to grow our family this year and luckily God blessed us with another precious baby! We found out we were expecting on July 15th, 2020, which also happened to be Alessandra’s 3rd birthday! Talk about a birthday surprise for us all lol.
When I took my first pregnancy test, the line was very faint and light. So we knew I was very early on, so I took another test the next morning and it was a bit darker. I waited another week after that and the line was definitely visible by then. I was about 4 weeks when we found out, I was also 4 weeks pregnant when we found out with Alessandra. At 7 weeks, we had our first appointment and the doctor confirmed the pregnancy. We were over the moon to see everything looked good and hearing the heartbeat made it feel so much more real.
When we explained to Alessandra, she was a bit confused of course lol. However, we got her a big sister book and that helped her understand a lot! She’s truly so excited and says it’s “her baby” lol. We know she’ll be an amazing big sister and we can’t wait to see them together.
My first trimester was very hard and much different than Alessandra’s pregnancy. I had many food aversions, headaches and nausea. I was only eating waffles and cereal lol. It was so bad! Alessandra's pregnancy was honestly smooth sailing. However, now that I’m on my second trimester, I’m feeling much better! Lots of hip and back pain, but I can’t really complain. I’m just happy everything is going good and baby is looking healthy! We are so excited for this new addition to our family, specially with the crazy year that 2020 has been.
