DISNEY TIPS & TRICKS

April 10, 2019

Where are my Disney lovers at?! If you are planning a trip to Disney soon and want to know all the important details, look no further Sparkle With Kim is here to help you! As a major Disney fan myself, I decided to share all the tips I know for packing and all the parks! Traveling with kids can be hectic and I feel that this guide can really help make your trip easier and fun.

This is our second trip with Alessandra and we are SUPER EXCITED! She is older now and understands way more. So, we know she will be more aware of her surroundings! When we mention Disney to her, she lights up and starts clapping. Being able to take her to Disney and see it through her eyes has always been a dream of mine. I feel very blessed and thankful for being able to take her.

This year, we decided to make it a family trip and go to three parks. We decided to go to Holly Wood  Studios, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. We are also celebrating our nephew's 1st birthday! I know this trip will be full of fun memories with the whole family.

PARK TIPS & TRICKS
My Disney Experience: Create a Disney Experience account and download the app. This app is very helpful when planning your trip. This app will allow you to view all your reservations, fast passes and tickets. You can also create a profile for all your family members and even add other members from other parties. This app also stores all your photos, has a map of every park and show schedules. I highly suggest having one member in your group download the app and manage everyone. This will avoid any confusion when booking reservations or fast passes.

Fast Passes: Book your fast passes in advance, they become available 30 days before your trip at 7am ET! This is crucial to ensure you book your favorite rides. Make sure to give yourself enough time between each ride and use the map to guide you throughout each park. You can only book 3 at a time, so make sure to pick what rides you want ahead of time.

Dining Reservations: Disney dining reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance. This is a MUST to be able to eat at a restaurant. They get extremely packed and can rarely squeeze anyone in. Our favorite for smaller kids is Chef Mickey's!

Magic Bands: These bands are super helpful and alleviate you from carrying any tickets etc. This band carries all information and plans for each individual person you are traveling with. You can view all their information using the Disney Experience app. Did I mention they also have adorable designs!

I truly hope that you guys find these tips and tricks very helpful. Planning a Disney trip can be a bit overwhelming, but I assure you that these tips will help a lot! I use these all the time and our trips have been very stress free and have gone smoothly. If you have any questions, feel free to comment below and I will be more than happy to help you all!
